Reservation Executive – Hotel & Hospitality📍 Location: Jaisalmer 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month 🕒 Experience: 2 – 5 years (Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Industry) 🏨 Industry: Hotel, Resort, and Hospitality Services Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage room bookings, guest inquiries, and reservation operations at our hotels in Jaisalmer. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience with hotel booking systems. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Handle all incoming reservation calls, emails, and online bookings promptly and accurately. ✅ Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and rates. ✅ Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to manage group bookings and corporate clients. ✅ Process booking requests, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. ✅ Ensure accuracy of guest details, payment methods, and special requests. ✅ Upsell rooms, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue. ✅ Maintain reservation databases and generate daily booking reports. ✅ Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues. ✅ Collaborate with travel agents, OTA partners, and corporate accounts. Requirements: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 💼 2–5 years of experience as a Reservation Executive or similar role in hotels/resorts. 💻 Proficiency in hotel PMS (Property Management System) and online booking platforms. 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🌟 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 🧭 Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak seasons.
