About the Role

Trentit India Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associates to assist in the performance monitoring and operational support of AI-powered plugins tailored for e-commerce platforms and digital brand ecosystems. This role offers an exciting entry point for recent graduates to gain exposure to practical AI applications in a real-world business environment. You will play a critical role in supporting client integrations, analyzing plugin performance, and contributing to product improvement cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document the behavior, performance, and engagement metrics of deployed AI plugins.

• Identify user interaction patterns and escalate product issues or feedback to the technical team.

• Assist in resolving escalated client-side queries in coordination with internal teams.

• Prepare regular documentation, reports, and process updates for internal use.

• Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement of AI plugin workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

• A completed undergraduate degree in any discipline (mandatory)

• Strong comprehension and communication skills in English

• Basic digital proficiency and comfort with online tools

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Training and Compensation

• Training Duration: 3 months

• Training Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

• Post-Training Salary: ₹30,000 per month

• Annual CTC (Post-Training): ₹3.6 Lakhs per annum
