Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control with expertise in soaps and skincare products. This role involves extensive travel to various manufacturing facilities and laboratories to perform quality testing and inspections. The ideal candidate will ensure our products meet stringent quality standards, conduct thorough evaluations, and collaborate closely with production teams to uphold product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Travel extensively to manufacturing facilities and laboratories to perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

* Implement and oversee quality control procedures and protocols specific to soap and skincare products.

* Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, to address quality issues promptly and facilitate timely product releases.

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance documentation.

* Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

* Ensure all quality control activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

* Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality control for skincare and cosmetic products.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Quality Control Specialist or similar role in the skincare or cosmetics industry.

Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 4 days per week) to various locations for quality testing and inspections.

Skills:

Thorough understanding of quality control standards, regulations, and guidelines applicable to skincare products.

Hands-on experience with quality assurance tools, methodologies, and laboratory equipment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
