Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Officer specializing in social impact, located in Delhi. The Research Officer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing research studies that measure the social impact of various programs. Daily tasks include data collection, statistical analysis, preparing reports, and presenting findings to various stakeholders. The role also involves developing comprehensive recommendations for program improvement and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics
• Proven experience in Research and Report Writing
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborative and stakeholder engagement
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Educational background in Social Science, Research Methods, or related fields (Master’s degree/PHD preferred)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software, such as SPSS, STATA, or R, is an advantage
• Prior experience in monitoring and evaluating social programs would be beneficial
• Commitment to SCEH’s mission and goals.
