Research Intern - Law, Economics & Public Policy

Job description: Research Intern SKOCH Group is at the cutting edge of Public Policy Research. We have set up an Excellence Centre for this in the context of India 2047. We believe that India requires a job-generative, spatially dispersed, equitable and sustainable growth to become a developed nation. The Centre is focused on providing research inputs on the same. SKOCH Group is hiring paid Interns for Law, Economics and Public Policy graduates. Currently, these include: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Digital Regulation and Compliance Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) Public Policy Analysis Expectations : The selected candidates will be given independent assignments in one of the above-mentioned areas. Write a research paper end-to-end in a two/three month-long Internship. This research would feed into live Law, Economics and Public Policy issues. Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing or Completed Master's in Law, Economics, Finance, Public Policy or Data Science Must have written/published papers or research reports Must possess excellent writing, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Must have educational qualifications or good knowledge of at least two of the following areas: Law Public Policy Economics Data Science Canva Must be proficient in Data analysis with MS Office, including MS Excel. Must possess excellent English verbal and communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Stipend: INR 20,000 / month (consolidated) The stipend will be paid only upon the successful completion and acceptance of the research paper at the end of the Internship period.
