Research Executive

As a Research Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment process by conducting comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for various roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Recruiter to understand the specific competencies required for each role and define target geographies and industries to focus on. Utilizing a variety of online sources, you will gather relevant information to create a long list of organizations and candidates from the identified geographies. Screening candidates based on their experience and qualifications, you will present your findings to the Recruiter for further review. Additionally, you will proactively build candidate pools with specific skill sets in the designated geographical territories. Maintaining detailed reports to track all candidates and research activities will be essential to ensure accurate record-keeping. It is crucial to adhere to internal processes with precision and efficiency throughout the research process. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in conducting primary and secondary research using a range of online and offline resources. Working effectively in a multicultural team, being self-driven, hands-on, and results-oriented are key competencies required for success in this position. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively will also be beneficial. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree with 2-5 years of experience in research.
