Research & Development Chemist

As an R&D Chemist, your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing chemical products and processes. By designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the creation of new products and the improvement of existing ones while ensuring adherence to industry standards. Key responsibilities include designing experiments, formulating chemicals, analyzing data to troubleshoot issues, and working closely with other teams to introduce innovative products to market. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the development process. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of chemistry and laboratory techniques, along with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are also essential for successful collaboration within the organization. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in Research & Development or a relevant industry is preferred.
