We are a leading manufacturer seeking an experienced EXIM Documentation Executive. You will manage all export documentation for specialty and fine chemicals shipments to countries like Japan, Brazil, countries in Europe, America, and Middle East. Responsibilities include coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA), clients, and banks for smooth export clearance. Initially, you'll work under guidance and then transition to handling tasks independently. Job Title: Store and Warehouse Manager Location: Chemco Innovative Chemie Pvt Ltd, Tarapur MIDC, Boisar Key Responsibilities: Handle material requisitions from departments, process them efficiently, and coordinate fulfillment. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), source multiple vendors, compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms. Manage vendor onboarding, vendor development, and maintain an approved vendor list with multiple sourcing options. Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, and generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs). Operate and manage the internal stock keeping software to record receipts, issues, and maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain materials safely in a clean, organized manner ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with safety standards. Issue materials to Plant In-Charge or Supervisors based on requisitions and maintain accurate issue records. Monitor stock levels according to reorder levels (ROL) and notify management for procurement actions. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors to secure best value for the company. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and handle internal material transfers. Assist during stock audits and maintain error-free daily store data entries. Prevent unauthorized access to store and safeguard inventory from loss or damage. Prepare purchase orders and relevant management reports including MIS as required. Coordinate renewals of AMC contracts and conduct appraisal of purchase executives if applicable. Liaise with accounts regarding debit notes for rejected or overcharged goods and follow up on payment schedules. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in store management, vendor sourcing, and purchase order preparation in a manufacturing or chemical industry environment. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in handling RFQs, quotations comparison, and vendor relations. Familiarity with inventory management and stock keeping software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical stock audits. Proactive in vendor development and maintaining multiple sourcing options.
