What we are looking for

• 2-10 years of recruitment/sourcing experience is a MUST

• Previous experience in an executive search or professional search environment is preferred
• Strong research skills with a keen eye for details and pattern recognition
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A natural curiosity and commercial mindset
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct detailed market mapping exercises, competitor intelligence to identify potential candidates and target organizations aligned with client briefs.
• Candidate Sourcing & Quality Management: Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks and present quality profiles to consultants and clients within agreed timelines; track and report research progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to turnaround timelines.
• Research Reporting: Deliver research reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence for client projects with a target of 2-3 per month.
• Consultant Support: Assist consultants in building strong candidate and client relationships, which will be evaluated based on consultant satisfaction and internal feedback score.
• Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate talent pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with an accuracy of 95%+.
