Responsibilities Conducting primary and secondary research for various demographics and industries Market Sizing and market analysis as per the project specifications
Understanding of the target audience, quota management and, market forecasting Data Sourcing and scheduling appointments
Conducting market research interviews as per the project scope via calling & desk research Maintaining the project documents produced by the Project leads Ensure on time and high-quality deliverables as per the clients requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate 6-12 months of experience in CATI process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Technical Skills Microsoft Office Database usage ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, Apollo or similar platformsSoft Skills Curiosity: A passion for exploring new technologies, learning new skills, and staying updated with industry trends
Creativity: The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems
Problem-Solving: A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and address issues efficiently
