Research Associate

As a Research Associate at our company, your role will involve conducting literature reviews, compiling scientific and clinical data, and assisting in the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and project documentation. You will also support the research team in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, while maintaining accurate records of research findings and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely deliverables and contribute to the preparation of presentations, publications, and client reports. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct literature reviews and compile scientific and clinical data. - Assist in preparing research reports, manuscripts, and project documentation. - Support the research team in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. - Maintain accurate records of research findings and ensure data integrity. - Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely deliverables. - Contribute to the preparation of presentations, publications, and client reports. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery). - Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 23,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.
