Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Drive initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and contribute to building a talented workforce. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
