Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate with experience in CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) to join our growing research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience conducting or managing telephone-based surveys using CATI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telephone interviews with respondents using CATI software, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Program surveys and manage quotas using CATI tools (e.g., Voxco, SurveyToGo, Nipo, Confirmit, etc.).
Assist in designing survey questionnaires in collaboration with research leads.
Monitor fieldwork progress, interviewer performance, and call outcomes.
Conduct quality control checks and validations to ensure data reliability.
Analyze data and contribute to the preparation of research reports, charts, and summaries.
Coordinate with data processing teams to clean and tabulate survey data.
Support project management by tracking timelines, field metrics, and client deliverables.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of research procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
