ARMMAN leverages mHealth to create cost-effective and scalable systemic solutions to improve access of pregnant women and mothers to preventive information and services and train health workers to reduce maternal and child mortality and morbidity.

Role Overview

We want to hire a Research Associate to Assist in strengthening Equity-Focused Research and Evaluating the impact of digital interventions. Enhance data collection and analysis and Undertake comprehensive Documentation. He/She need to able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders and Experience of working with vulnerable populations.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Conduct research activities to understand the unique healthcare needs and challenges faced by

our target populations.

● Collaborate with community stakeholders to gather insights and data related to maternal and child health disparities.

● Utilize various research methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to collect valuable information.

● Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of data related to the equity-focused pilots.

● Regularly update data dashboards to monitor the reach, engagement and outcomes of

digital interventions.

● Establish feedback mechanisms for participants to share their insights and experiences.

● Collaborate with the research team to generate insights from evaluation findings.

● Contribute to the preparation of presentations, publications, and materials for knowledge dissemination.

● Document the entire process of pilot implementation, from baseline assessments to intervention

design and outcomes.

● Assist in evaluating the impact of our digital interventions on maternal and child health outcomes.

Qualification & Skills

● Masters in a relevant field, such as public health, social sciences, or research-related disciplines.

● 2-3 years of experience in public health preferably in the area of maternal and child health. ● PhD in social sciences or allied disciplines is desirable.

● Experience of working with vulnerable/marginalized will be an added advantage.
