Job Title: Research and Development (R&D) Department: Research & Development Location: Indore Reports To: R&D Manager Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time ) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and curious R&D Intern to support our Research and Development team. The role involves assisting in experiments, data analysis, product development tasks, and process improvement activities. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in research activities to support the development of new products, formulations, materials, or technologies. Support improvements in existing products, processes, or systems to enhance performance or efficiency. Help design and conduct experiments or trials under the guidance of senior team members. Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data to draw meaningful insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, and production. Prepare technical notes, summaries, presentations, and documentation. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies relevant to the project. Support scale-up activities and production trials when required. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards during all R&D activities. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Basic knowledge of scientific tools, lab techniques, or data analysis software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks. Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative projects.
