Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and leading research studies in the social sector to drive social impact and support program evaluations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing research frameworks, hypotheses, and methodologies tailored to social impact studies, needs assessments, baseline studies, and program evaluations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of research questions with project objectives and client expectations. - Designing data collection tools such as surveys, interview guides, and focus group protocols, and leading fieldwork planning and data collection efforts. - Conducting complex statistical analyses of large datasets and performing qualitative data analysis to identify key themes and insights. - Synthesizing findings from qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights and developing models and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. - Preparing comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, and white papers, and presenting findings at conferences, workshops, and client meetings. Key Qualifications: - MSW, MBA, B.Tech, MA in Sociology, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Anthropology, or related fields. - Proven experience in conducting social research and program evaluations. - Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including statistical analysis, coding qualitative data, and data visualization.
