Job Description

This job opportunity is with TGC Consulting.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on job markets, industries, and candidate pools for US roles.
Build and maintain databases of potential clients.
Generate leads to reach out clients based in US.
Analyze hiring trends and provide insights to Business Development Managers.
Support sourcing with leads, meetings and targeted research.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reports.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in
US Staffing / Recruitment Research
Strong understanding of US job boards, Boolean search, and sourcing tools
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
