We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing new staffing service contracts with mid-market and enterprise-level clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities The BDM will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, qualify, and target new potential clients needing staffing solutions (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire). Utilize cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social selling, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, staffing needs, and organizational structure. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, Hiring Managers, C-level Executives). Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and present customized staffing proposals and service agreements that align with client requirements. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profit margins while ensuring client satisfaction. Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and activity targets. Market Knowledge & Collaboration: Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the US staffing industry. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and candidate placement satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status within the system. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of successful B2B business development experience , with a significant focus on selling staffing services . Proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas. Demonstrated ability to close deals ranging from mid-size contracts to large enterprises. Skills & Attributes: Hunter mentality with a passion for building new businesses . Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
