Experience 2 or 3 yrs from Insurance Industry. Responsibilities: Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients across various industries, locations, and business types. Company Profiling: Develop detailed profiles including business overviews, recent developments, key statistics, financial analysis, and risk assessments. Industry Assessment: Provide in-depth industry insights covering market size, trends, challenges, external drivers, outlook, performance, and key risks. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors strategic initiatives, activities, and how these relate to client opportunities. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis for the insurance sector or specific insurance products in target regions. Expectations: Thorough Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the companys business and goals. Research Excellence: Deliver comprehensive research projects with high quality and tailored outputs. Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking and collaborate with stakeholders to drive better client outcomes. Responsiveness: Maintain high responsiveness in daily tasks and demonstrate process efficiency. Time Management: Accurately estimate project timelines, meet deadlines, and proactively address issues. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships through quality deliverables, clear communication, and responsiveness. Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing team efficiency and quality by recommending and implementing process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics or an MBA/equivalent from a reputed institute. 2-5 years of experience in strategy research and advisory, preferably in a leading professional service, market intelligence, or research firm. Proficiency in research frameworks, including PESTEL, SWOT, Porters 5 Forces, and BCG Matrix. Strong understanding of financial concepts, global market trends, and economic/geo-political risks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and experience with commercial databases (e.g., S&P Cap IQ, Factiva, Global Data).
