Job Description

Role: Executive

To carry out snag list at site.
To ensure zero snags before handing over the premise to the customer.
To train and guide team members and maintain discipline.
To plan and execute the project within the timelines.
To coordinate between concerned stake holders for snagging / de-snagging related issues.
To manage MIS / audits / inventory database / sampling etc. related to fitout and snagging.
To assist resident with fit out guidelines.
To inspect, identify, rectify and record deficiencies related to fit out.
To inform management team on resident issues and concerns related to maintenance and fit out.
To respond to customer / resident queries related to fit out.
To ensure adherence to safety norms and procedures.
To ensure work is carried out as per fit out manual.
To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOP
Qualification,

Experience and Competency

Qualifications/

Education
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering affiliated / recognized university by UGC, AICTE, MHRD.
Career Experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Additional Requirements -
Local mobility / own conveyance preferred. Particular Aptitudes/Skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
People management skills
Client relationship management
Team player
Proactive approach
Eye for detail
Adaptive and accommodative to the site ambiance, environment and working culture.
