Required Project Manager (AI Solutions)

Department: Technology & Innovation

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time

 

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Masters Degree, MBA, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

 

Professional Experience

  • 5 to 12 years of experience in project management within technology, AI, or software development environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects.
  • Experience working with AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software development practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end project management for AI solution development, from requirement definition to deployment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedule, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with organizational standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including UI/UX, ML engineers, data scientists, QA specialists, cloud engineers, and security teams.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, track progress, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
