Role & responsibilities:

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers for quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.• Issue purchase orders, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.• Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.• Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements, demand forecasts, and budget constraints.• Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.• Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and supplier databases.• Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and potential risks in the supply chain.• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical procurement practices.

Preferred candidate profile:
