Job Description

Project Manager Safety Culture Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of large-scale Safety Culture Transformation projects for Oil & Gas clients across multiple states in India.
  • Act as the primary client interface, providing training, hand-holding, and on-site support.
  • Conduct competency-building workshops for executives and contract workmen, ensuring adoption of safety systems.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve client issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Should be interested to Travel approximately 60%.

Preferable Candidate Profile:

  • BE/B.Tech graduate with 10+ years of experience, including at least 2-3 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proven expertise as a consultant/trainer in petroleum projects with strong client-facing and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to relocate to Assam/West Bengal/Gujarat/Rajasthan/Tamil Nadu/Punjab.
