Reporting Lead

Job Description: As the Workday Functional Lead at Prudential, you will be an integral part of the HR Enablement function, focusing on building horizontal capabilities such as Process Excellence, HR Technology, Reporting & Analytics, Engagement & Governance, and Operations & Shared Services. You will play a key role in implementing leading Workday HCM practices across all group and local business units, working closely with process owners, support team members, and stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and support of Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR process owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements - Deploy and support the desired solution in Workday HCM according to design specifications - Provide ongoing day-to-day system support and maintenance for relevant modules - Lead the implementation of new Workday capabilities and conduct solution enablement and training sessions - Stay updated on the latest Workday releases and features to ensure continuous improvement and innovation Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience working as a Workday Reporting lead or in a similar role - Deep understanding of Workday HCM solution with a proven track record of leading complex projects - Relevant certifications/accreditations in Workday and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement,
