Position: Reporting Lead Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Employment: Full-time Company: Coinbase Leading cryptocurrency exchange focused on increasing economic freedom globally About The Role You will work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that track operational metrics Your work will enable data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency and scale business operations, Key Responsibilities Extract, transform, and load data ensuring accuracy for reporting Develop, update, and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders on schedule Oversee reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency, driving continuous improvements Collaborate with CX leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational challenges Use metrics to influence business decisions and improve customer support quality Work in PST time zone (night shift IST) Requirements Passion for Coinbases mission and customer experience Minimum 3 years experience in an analyst role (operations, finance, business analytics, etc) Strong SQL skills (4+ years) and data modeling expertise Python experience is a plus Experience in customer experience or revenue operations preferred Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills across different teams and levels Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Fluent in English Nice To Haves Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI Ability to quantify qualitative work and summarize findings clearly Project management skills Additional Information Coinbase expects in-person participation throughout the year with multiple team/company offsites Equal opportunity employer with commitment to diversity and accommodation Tagged As Clinical Research Biotech Healthtech Information Technology Oncology AdTech Digital Media Big Data Analytics Software Generative AI Social Impact
