Report Writer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Valuation Report Writer to support our valuation and appraisal team. The role involves drafting, formatting, and finalizing property valuation reports based on data provided by site visitors, valuers, and market research. The ideal candidate must have strong writing, analytical, and formatting skills, with the ability to clearly present complex property data and valuation conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft property valuation reports based on inputs from site visitors.
• Accurately interpret and incorporate site notes, photographs, comparable sales, and valuation calculations into professional reports.
• Ensure that all reports are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy across all valuation reports.
• Coordinate with valuers and field teams to clarify property details, site findings, and assumptions when needed.
• Proofread reports carefully for grammar, spelling, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of reports to internal reviewers or clients.
• Organize and archive completed reports and supporting documentation for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• BE or B. Tech Civil
• 1–3 years of experience in report writing, property valuation, or a similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret real estate terminology, property data, and valuation methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and report formatting.
• Basic understanding of property markets, property types, and valuation concepts.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
