Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop comprehensive market reports based on given templates for different programs to report performance, KPIs achievement, and trends. - Collect data related to the performance and engagement of global programs to identify key trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities. - Present data clearly and compellingly through presentations for various stakeholders. - Gather data from sources like Google Analytics, Hubspot, BigQuery, and other platforms for analysis. - Collaborate effectively with teams across Randstad's global network. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. - Proven experience as a reporting specialist, data analyst, or similar role. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Minimum 3 years of experience with meticulous attention to detail. - Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. - Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, BigQuery, and other data extraction tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Preference for experience in a multinational environment.,
