Key Responsibilities

• Reimagine & improve replenishment systems

  by integrating AI/Gen AI-powered solutions.

• Develop intelligent tracking mechanisms

  for real-time inventory visibility across all stores.

• Optimize assortment planning

  to ensure the right mix of products in each store, improving availability and reducing waste.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  (tech, product, supply chain, and business leaders) to implement scalable solutions.

• Demonstrate leadership

  by driving end-to-end ownership of the replenishment function, balancing business needs with technical innovation.
• Proficient in leveraging data and numbers for decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong academic background from

  top-tier MBA/Tech institutions

• Degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
