Repair Technician

Job Title: Repair Technician – PoE Switches & SMPS (CCTV) Overview: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and refurbish PoE switches and switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) used in CCTV camera systems. You will work at a dedicated repair bench, performing component-level repair, testing, and quality assurance to ensure reliability for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose faults in PoE switches, PoE injectors, and SMPS modules used in CCTV systems using multimeters Perform board-level repair and rework, including component replacement (diodes, transistors, capacitors, resistors), soldering, reflow/hot-air rework. Replace faulty PoE-related components and verify PoE functions across multiple ports, ensuring correct voltage, current, and power budgets per IEEE standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience repairing CCTV equipment beyond PoE/SMPS.
