Repair Technician

As a Service Engineer at Tonbo Imaging Pvt Ltd in New Delhi, your role will involve interacting with customers in the northern part of India to resolve product-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Customer Interaction and Support: - Maintain constant communication with customers to understand and address their problems. - Collaborate with the customer support team in Bangalore for timely resolution of product-related issues. - Product Evaluation and Analysis: - Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose the cause of product failure. - Repair and Refurbishment: - Repair mechanical components following written instructions and procedures. - Ensure all work is done in compliance with quality standards and safety procedures. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. - Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges. - Testing and Validation: - Conduct system-level testing of mechanical components. - Ensure proper documentation and report generation. - Continuous Improvement: - Provide feedback to the Bangalore team for suggested changes and improvements based on customer feedback. - Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet customer requirements. - Be flexible to take service calls and visit customer locations for field support. Qualifications: - B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Mechatronics. - 2-3 years of experience in assembly/manufacturing of electro-mechanical systems. - Experience in quality control for mechanical/electronic components and processes. - Desirable working knowledge on testing of PCBs/electrical systems. - Experience in IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, and electronic accessories with inspection report generation. Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Basic computer navigation and utilization skills in MS Word, email, and PowerPoint.,
