Key Responsibilities

• Inspections & Diagnosis: Regularly check buildings, grounds, and machinery for issues; diagnose mechanical or electrical faults.
• Repairs: Fix broken equipment, faulty wiring, plumbing leaks, damaged walls/floors, and other structural elements.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine tasks like lubricating parts, changing filters, checking fluids, and testing safety systems (fire alarms).
• System Management: Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Documentation: Keep detailed logs of repairs, maintenance, and costs.
• Coordination: Schedule and oversee external contractors (electricians, plumbers) for complex jobs.
• Safety: Adhere to all company safety regulations and use appropriate gear.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, wrenches), reading blueprints/manuals, basic carpentry, painting.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose problems in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in cramped spaces, and stand for long periods.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, time management, and problem-solving.
