The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining rental fleet equipment, supporting contract execution and stabilization, improving contract profitability, driving business development, ensuring customer satisfaction and deploying efficient systems and processes while ensuring alignment to organizational imperatives

1. Fleet Maintenance

- Ensure timely upkeep and repairs of rental equipment at customer sites.

- Plan and manage parts inventory to meet onsite requirements efficiently.

- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all rental assets.

2. Contract Stability

- Support field teams during contract initiation and stabilization phases.

- Manage and coordinate contract manpower deployment at site locations.

3. Profit Optimization

- Drive initiatives to improve the profitability of rental contracts through cost optimization and operational efficiency.

4. Business Growth

- Develop dashboards and strategic plans to support business growth and decision-making.

- Manpower evaluation and trainings

5. Customer Satisfaction

- Conduct regular site visits to engage with customers across the region.

- Maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with all rental customers.

- Manage customer escalations and equipment breakdowns.

6. Process Efficiency

- Enhance onsite execution through effective deployment of systems and processes.

- Ensure prompt retrieval of assets upon contract closure.

- Ensure complete usage of EAM

- Focus on reducing FRT, MTTR, and improving process adherence at sites.

- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizens and Business Excellence programs.

- Foster a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.
