Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee complete
service department operations
as per Maruti Suzuki standards.
Ensure achievement of
service revenue, labour, and CSI/SSI targets
.
Supervise
workshop productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT)
.
Monitor
DMS entries, job cards, and warranty claims
.
Handle
customer escalations
and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with
Parts, Bodyshop, and CRM teams
for smooth workflow.
Lead, guide, and motivate the service team for higher performance.
Conduct regular reviews and submit
MIS reports
to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
1015 years
in automobile service operations, with at least
5 years in a managerial role
.
Industry:
Maruti Suzuki or other reputed OEM-authorized workshops.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with
Maruti DMS
and MSIL service process compliance.
Proven record in
achieving targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
.
