Who You Are

You are responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products as well as helping migrate customers to Cisco’s ordering platform. You will ensure high customer gratification during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the sales and renewals account managers to provide an impeccable customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• You execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
• You notify and assist customers with migrating to Cisco’s ordering platform at the time of renewal.
• You find and execute upsells within your customer base.
• You ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.
• Analyze data and trends to find growth opportunities
• Embrace use of AI in repetitive tasks and open to learn how to automate tasks using AI. Demonstrated self-learning on AI skills through self-undertaken projects is highly preferred.

Education & Experience:

• You have excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
• You are highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
• You have strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• You have experience with SaaS-based applications
• You have experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
• You are Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in using robotic automation/AI tools is highly preferred
