You will need to do the research using AI assistant and find the right tool to implement these.
1. Email Automation Workflows (reach outs, follow ups with Gen AI for customization, may include fetching data from SharePoint files, need to have mechanics to find if the email was opened and read, Call To Action (CTA) was completed)
2. Excel Data Analysis for renewals pipeline planning and status tracking
3. Excel/CSV data entry automation for creating reports for specific renewal tasks
4. PowerPoint Generation for renewals reporting
5. Dashboards for operational KPIs and Executive Visibility to renewal metrics (nice to have)
6. ChatBOT for renewal activity workflow status updates and answering FAQs (nice to have)
