A2A Security Agency Inc. is a fast-growing security services company operating in North America. We are enhancing our internal mobile and web applications used by security guards and supervisors for scheduling, reporting, and client management. We are looking for a skilled software developer to join our team remotely and help us expand our technology platform.

Role Overview
We are seeking a talented developer with strong skills in both Flutter and Laravel. You will be responsible for adding new features to our existing Flutter mobile app and developing APIs in Laravel to support these tools. The ideal candidate is resourceful, independent, and committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the existing Flutter mobile application for security guard operations.
• Design and build RESTful APIs in Laravel to support new app features.
• Ensure seamless integration between the mobile app and backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug, test, and deploy new features with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate remotely with our management team and follow agile development practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Flutter (Dart) with prior experience building and publishing mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel (PHP) and experience developing secure APIs.
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Must own a MacBook (required for iOS app development compatibility).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in security, workforce, or service-industry related apps is a plus.
