Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
