Job Summary
We are currently building an Internet of Things (IoT)-first Property Management System (PMS) that will be launched in Detroit, Michigan USA this year. The system will be deployed within a 54-unit apartment building that will contain over 1,000 smart devices powered by Tuya. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead all QA activities for this project. The Sr. QA Analyst will need to create epics, user stories, test plans, run automated & manual tests, and troubleshoots problem areas. In addition, the Sr. QA Analyst must have experience working with clients to gather project requirements and will report directly to the CEO. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday REMOTE POSITION.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create and execute test cases with industry standard tools
• Perform functional, application, and regression tests
• Troubleshoot test related issues to determine failure point
• Report issues that are clear, concise and in a timely manner to development
• Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize risk
• Escalate project issues to appropriate leadership
• Experience working with clients to develop project scope/ requirements document

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Knowledgable of CI/CD best practices
• Combined 2-3 years that includes software development or QA experience
• At least 2 years of experience with manual testing
• At least 2 years of experience with automated testing
• At least 2 years of experience with API testing
• Strong ability to create test plans
• Strong documentation experience
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Trello
• Experience with QA Automation Tools such as QTP, Selenium, or Cypress

Additional Skills are a PLUS

• Some experience with using Front End technologies like React or Angular.
• Experience with deploying scripts to CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with testing SaaS applications.
• Experience with testing mobile applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
