Shifts : Rotational Work Mode : WFO Experience Required : 4 Years or above in IT Service Desk Job Role / Requirement : Windows : Exposure & Experience in support roles supporting Windows Profile, AAD, system upgrades & new device setup Virtual Machines: Experience in working with and troubleshooting issues on a VM Security and compliance protocols: Domain knowledge expertise related device compliance and Windows update Application Troubleshooting : Ability to troubleshoot issues related to email server connections, such as setting up and verifying Outlook profiles, and resolving send/receive errors. Outlook & Office Products: Familiarity with the interface, features, and functionality of Outlook 2016, including email management, calendar, tasks, and integration with other Office applications. Understanding of how Outlook integrates with Microsoft Teams for scheduling and joining meetings, as well as troubleshooting related issues. Knowledge of common non-Microsoft software and web-based tools that may interact with Outlook, such as MAC OS and ServiceNow, and the ability to provide support for these integrations. Capability to provide first-level support for internal applications that integrate with or affect Outlooks performance. 5.Microsoft Teams, conferencing tools : Installation and Setup: Understanding how to install Microsoft Teams, set up accounts, and troubleshoot any installation issues. Navigation and Interface: Familiarity with the Teams interface, including how to navigate between teams, channels, chats, and meetings. Chat and collaboration: Knowledge of chat functions, file sharing, and collaborative features within Teams. Meetings and Calls: Ability to assist users with scheduling, joining, and managing Teams meetings, as well as troubleshooting audio/video issues and call connectivity. Integration with Office 365: Understanding how Teams integrates with other Office 365 apps and services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint. 6.Network connectivity troubleshooting Ability to explain networks and connection types and troubleshoot multiple connection types (Home or Corp) Knowledge of Virtual Private Networks and how they operate 7.Hardware Support: Experience supporting multiple OEM form factors
