Remote Business Analyst (ERP / Hospitality / Tourism)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients through meetings, documentation, and workshops.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive

  Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

  and

  Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

  .
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Perform

  functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  to validate system behavior.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track, manage, and resolve issues using standard project management/issue-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience

  as a Business Analyst in

  ERP or software development projects

  .

• Domain experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or ERP systems

  is strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in

  requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

  .
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into

  business-friendly language

  .
• Experience with

  functional testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination

  .
• Familiarity with tools such as

  Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms

  .
• Ability to

  coordinate across different time zones

  and work

  independently with minimal supervision

  .
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
