The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, documenting functional specifications, coordinating closely with developers, and performing functional testing to ensure solutions align with business needs. This is a full-time, fully remote role with flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze requirements from clients through meetings, documentation, and workshops. Prepare clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) . Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements. Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system behavior. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle. Track, manage, and resolve issues using standard project management/issue-tracking tools. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or software development projects . Domain experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or ERP systems is strongly preferred. Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication . Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly language . Experience with functional testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination . Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms . Ability to coordinate across different time zones and work independently with minimal supervision . BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
