Job Title: Remanufacturing Executive Location: Pune Reports To: WH Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in furniture/any manufacturing. (Preferably to have experience in the furniture industry.) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Incharge with hands-on experience in furniture/any manufacturing. The candidate will manage daily operations, oversee the entire remanufacturing process, and lead a team to meet production targets efficiently and to the adequate quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production to meet monthly targets. Monitor and control processes for resource efficiency and waste reduction. Machinery Operation: Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of all machinery. Train and supervise staff on machinery use. Troubleshoot and coordinate machinery repairs. Ensure required tools are maintained in stock for smooth operation. Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to meet specifications. Inspect work-in-progress and finished products to address defects. Collaborate with quality assurance to improve processes. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on daily output, material usage, and equipment maintenance. Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions. Assist in budgeting and cost control for the remanufacturing department. Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to 5S practices. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in engineering/production/manufacturing. Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience with manufacturing and expertise in reworking processes. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in Bill of Materials (BOM) and costing preparation Preferred candidate profile
