As a Reltio MDM Specialist at Cognizant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining master data management solutions using Reltio MDM. Your role will involve ensuring data quality and consistency across various systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Reltio MDM components, including Base Objects, Landing and Staging tables, Match Rules, and Validation Rules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Design and implement data integration processes to support business needs, utilizing Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). - Provide technical expertise and support for Reltio MDM implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving data management and integration issues. - Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Reltio MDM and its functionalities, with hands-on experience in MDM principles, Reltio architecture, connectors, capabilities, and workflows. - Experience in data integration and data quality management, with proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
