Master Data Management Solution Architect The opportunity We're looking for a Manager as a Master Data Management Solution Architect to join the Supply Chain, Finance group of EY GDS consulting Team. Skills And Attributes For Success System Implementation and Maintenance: - Understanding of MDM principles, architectures, and processes. - Design, implement, and maintain MDM systems and processes. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system integration and data flow. - Manage data migration and transformation processes. - Experience with MDM platforms, such as Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance, or Oracle MDM. - Should have exposure and knowledge of the pros and cons of different MDM products and be able to recommend the best fit MDM product based on client requirements. Data Governance and Strategy: - Develop and implement data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures. - Define and maintain data standards and processes. Data Quality and Integrity: - Ensure data quality and accuracy across all business systems. - Identify and resolve data-related issues and inconsistencies. - Maintain a trusted single source of accurate data. To qualify for the role, you must have Experience with designing and implementing the overall MDM architecture and interfaces, including critical data integration, data modeling, and data migration for both customer data and enterprise data. Ideally, you'll also have - Strong knowledge of product, customer master data design as per TM Forum standards. - Expertise in data handling to resolve any data issues. - Candidate should be eager to learn advanced technologies, new product updates, etc., and learn and train other team members. - Good verbal and written communication in English, Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience of interacting with customers in understanding business requirement documents and translating them into BI specifications and High- and Low-level design documents. As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Stibo STEP configurations and workflows in order to meet the various business requirements. This will involve implementing data models, business rules, and user interfaces within the STEP platform, as well as integrating STEP with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools. Collaboration with business analysts, data stewards, and stakeholders will be essential for gathering requirements and delivering effective MDM solutions. In addition, you will be tasked with developing and managing data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and quality. It will also be crucial to optimize performance and scalability of STEP solutions, as well as provide support for end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of MDM processes. Your role will also include ongoing maintenance and support for STEP configurations and upgrades, along with the creation and upkeep of technical documentation such as design specifications and user guides. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM platform. Job Title: Reltio MDM Developer Location: Remote Experience Required: 2+ Years Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement Reltio MDM solutions based on business and technical requirements. Develop and enhance Reltio data models including entities, attributes, relationships, and match/merge rules. Configure survivorship rules , reference data, workflows, and validation rules within the platform. Build seamless integrations between Reltio and external systems using REST APIs , ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend), or middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft). Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data load and synchronization processes. Support data governance initiatives, including data quality profiling , standardization, and issue resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and analysts to refine requirements and address data integrity concerns. Ensure performance tuning and adherence to Reltio best practices for configuration and deployment. Required Skills: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Reltio Cloud MDM platform . Strong grasp of MDM principles , data modeling concepts , and entity relationship management . Experience configuring Reltio L3 , match/merge logic, and survivorship strategies. Proficiency with REST APIs , JSON , and XML for integration and data exchange. Working experience with integration tools like Talend , Informatica , or MuleSoft . Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills related to data quality , transformations, and API communication. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards. Nice to Have: Experience in implementing Reltio UI configurations or custom UI components. Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for hosting or extending MDM functionality. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence .
