Reltio MDM Specialist

You will be working as a Reltio MDM Specialist at Cognizant, responsible for developing and maintaining master data management solutions using Reltio MDM. Your role will involve configuring Reltio MDM components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing data integration processes, and providing technical support for Reltio MDM implementations. As a Reltio MDM Specialist, you should have a strong understanding of Reltio MDM and its functionalities, hands-on experience in MDM principles, Reltio architecture, connectors, capabilities, and workflows. You are expected to be proficient in data integration and data quality management, with knowledge of SQL and other relevant programming languages. Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking will be crucial for troubleshooting complex technical issues. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing data integration processes using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). You will be monitoring and optimizing the performance of MDM solutions to ensure scalability and reliability. Moreover, you should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for technical processes and solutions will also be part of your role.
