Description
Develop and implement Reltio MDM solutions: This includes designing, building, and customizing Reltio MDM configurations to meet specific business needs, including integrating data from various sources. Data Integration and ETL: Design and implement data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows, to bring data into the Reltio platform. Data Quality and Governance: Develop and enforce data quality rules, implement data validation and cleansing processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful project execution. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Reltio MDM architecture, functionalities, and best practices. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize workflows, and ensure the performance and reliability of MDM solutions. Documentation and Training: Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures, and provide guidance and training to other team members. Staying updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in MDM and Reltio. Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in Reltio MDM: Proficiency in Reltio's architecture, functionalities, and best practices is crucial. Data integration and ETL experience: Strong skills in designing and implementing data integration processes. Data quality and data governance experience: Knowledge of data quality principles, data validation, and data governance policies. Understanding of data models and data relationships: Ability to design and implement data models within Reltio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows. Good communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
