Be an integral part of the Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) R&D team, actively participating in Sleep and Respiratory Care product development. SRC team has a broad product portfolio of advanced life support solutions and data management solutions. We are looking for a passionate Reliability Engineer to join us as we strengthen our product portfolio, expand our services and solutions, and bring game-changing technology to market. This team member will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team of cross-functional engineers.

You are responsible for

• Work collaboratively with senior reliability engineers to perform reliability activities on products.

• Work collaboratively with reliability technicians to execute reliability testing.

• Write test protocols and reports using Good Documentation Practices.

• Contribute to risk analyses (FMEAs, FTA, etc.)

• Perform reliability activities, including life analysis, block diagrams, reliability demonstration testing, ALT / HALT / HASS, durability testing, etc.

• Work cross-functionally with Design Quality, Systems Engineering, V&V, Hardware Design, and Software Design to perform necessary tasks.

• Assist in problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of the solution

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is preferred.

• Total 7+ years experience with Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device or other similar industry with Vocational Education such us statistics, engineering, 6Sigma.

• Be hands-on and self-motivated.

• Excellent attitude and a collaborative spirit.

• Capable of critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem solving.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with lab tools including soldering equipment, multimeters, and hand tools.

• Capability to excel in a high performing team environment and work with multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in an FDA regulated environment.

• Familiarity with software tools (i.e. LabView, Arduino, ReliaSoft, Minitab, etc.)

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)

• Strong understanding of medical device industry regulatory requirements including ISO Standards (ISO 13485 and ISO 14971), EUMDR, IEC 62304, IEC 60601, IEC 62366.

• Six Sigma Green Belt

• Develops and maintains effective relationships and is capable of quickly earning trust and respect.

• Proven ability to communicate in both verbal and written form to technical and non-technical customers, stakeholders, and various levels of management.

• Solid understanding of medical device product development, preferably Design Control experience with Class III medical devices. (FDA CFR Title 21, 820.30)

• Experience in designing and assessing compliance to national/international standards.
