Release Team Manager

The Release Manager will be responsible for managing the complete software delivery life cycle, ensuring the successful deployment of software releases. This role involves coordinating with various teams, including internal development teams, change the bank (CTB) teams, testing, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient releases. The Release Manager will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the movement of releases to test and live environments. Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives,Track and follow-up with OEM for upcoming releases, Deployment of production patches, Coordinate with Change the Bank teams for their individual, releases and maintenance of a central release schedule, Coordinate with Internal development teams for their custom script, website, tool releases and patches Basic understanding of Micro-Banking Business (MB / BC), Exposure to any Core Banking Solutions, Internal Stakeholder management, Significant experience in managing external vendors and internal coordination with multiple teams, Strong decision making and multitasking skills.
