Who You Are:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
Strong technical skills in SAP S4 and SAP Solution Manager, with the ability to analyze and communicate technical solutions for e.g., conflict resolution to developers, incorporating systems architecture principles.
At least 5 years of experience in technical Release Management, particularly with SAP S/4HANA systems and SAP Retrofit procedures.
Knowledge of Change and Release Management processes, with a focus on minimizing disruptions to IT Operations and project delivery. Ideally in a regulated environment (GxP Compliance).
Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus (e.g. SAFe). Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build with Innovate & Enhance Pace), gCTS, CTMS or similar tools for change & release management and monitoring.
Experience with Release-, Test- & Deployment Automation (CI/CD) and respective tooling (e.g. Tricentis Tosca) is a plus.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Previous experience working internationally or within cross-cultural teams is a plus.
Understanding of ITIL & ISTQB frameworks and best practices is a plus.
