Release Coordinator - Associate

As a Release Coordinator - Associate at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, your primary responsibility is to drive and support deployment activities for projects and releases, ensuring adherence to the bank's compliance policies. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between multiple stakeholders, projects, and 3rd party development teams to facilitate risk-free deployments, thus assisting the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of relevant projects and programs. - Act as a Change Initiator to create Changes for Prod deployment - Ensure quality in Change requests and focus on reducing noncompliant status of changes - Efficiently coordinate between IT application owner, Vendor, and SME to ensure an efficient and fast approval process - Send communication for Prod implementation Request Approval to IT Application Owner and SME - Prepare Change Management Meeting sheet by coordination with developers/testers - Chair Change Management meeting to mitigate risks and bottleneck situations in release - Prepare Release Test Calendar and coordinate and monitor release tests - Coordinate with Business for Release Test status - Create and update Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Release Management ID - Close Open verification task within Release Management ID by coordinating with SDLC Support - Create and update Test Evaluation Report and request approval from Business and IT Application Owner - Prepare Release Handover Sheet for IT Application Owner - Drive monthly Operating Instruction update and Transition call Qualification Required: - Experience in supporting projects - Understanding of Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage - Focus on streamlining release process between different applications and implementing Release automation - Knowledge of core processes/tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Service Now, Excel, and Power Point - Ability to initiate opportunities and plan DevOps in release management process - Proficient in MS Sharepoint and managing document structures for projects - Fluent in English language with German language skills welcomed - Customer and service orientation for effective communication with team resources and customers - Performance and productivity orientation to ensure high-quality results - Profound analytical problem-solving abilities - Commitment to supporting colleagues, maintaining a high-performance culture, and upholding the Bank's values Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits including best in class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry relevant certifications, Employee Assistance Program, comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance, Accident and Term life Insurance, and complementary Health screening for employees above 35 years.
